Award-winning author, Sarah Elton, has written a compelling new book about the threats to the world’s food security. Consumed strikes close to home. The book documents the growing concerns about climate change, the loss of agricultural land and need for sustainable food systems. Sarah is also the author of Locavore and wrote a terrific article about Foodstock for The Atlantic in 2011. She appeared on CBC’s Metro Morning with Matt Galloway this morning to talk about Consumed.
