Harvest Picnic!

Food & Water First travelled to Christie Lake for the annual Harvest Picnic to support the Greenbelt (Aug 26-28). We encouraged visitors to our booth to take the PLEDGE to participate in the Co-ordinated Land Review of the Greenbelt. And they did!

“We really support what you’re doing!”

Karl from Switzerland told us that farmland in his country is protected for farmland, and only sold to farmers for food production. We admire this Swiss innovation!
