Our New Toronto Partner!

The Toronto Food Policy Council is the latest organization to join the Food & Water First campaign! The TFPC was established in 1991 to advise the city on food policy issues ranging from access to healthy and sustainable food to connecting city folks to agriculture. We’re delighted the TFPC is connecting with us! Here’s the motion passed by the Council:

That the TFPC agree to become a “Food and Water First” partner, supporting “local food, farmland preservation and protecting Ontario’s water resources…and working towards a Food and Water First policy that will benefit future generations.”
