‘Tis the Season…

A very Merry Christmas from the Food & Water First team! Thank you for standing with us in our campaign to protect Ontario’s prime farmland and source water regions. We enjoyed many successes in 2013. The Melancthon fields are no longer threatened by the Highland Mega Quarry. Rural towns and Canada’s largest city, Toronto, voted to become Food & Water First communities. Our list of Partners grew. Our lawn signs sprouted across southern Ontario. And Hollywood actor, Rachel McAdams, shone in our Food & Water First videos. A special thanks to our many dedicated, tireless and creative volunteers. May you all enjoy a safe and wonderful holiday with your loved ones.  See you in 2014!
