More than 3,000 people gathered in the heat to enjoy great food, music and celebrate a great cause! Waterstock was a tremendous success on June 11th and we congratulate our partners at Wellington Water Watchers.
Jim Cuddy, who performed at Foodstock and Soupstock during the Stop the Mega Quarry campaign, fired up the Waterstock crowd.

The chair of Wellington Water Watchers, Mike Nagy, told the Guelph Mercury:
“Just because Waterstock happened, doesn’t mean it stops. It’s actually really now created a bigger wave, which was the idea. We’re doing a lot of this so we’re not handing over a dry planet to our children.”
